PTCL has been the official Sports Care provider for St Thomas More High School since 1982.  PTCL’s Athletic Trainers are certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification as well as the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. Our Athletic Trainer’s areas of specialization include the application of injury prevention devices such as taping and braces, the recognition and evaluation of injuries, and providing first aid or emergency care.  Our Athletic Trainers also work in collaboration with our therapists in development and implementation of rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.  From grade school to professional athletes, our Sports Care team provides care to all musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries.
